This Privacy Policy explains how DKL Companies LLC d/b/a The Endura Method ("Endura," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Endura app, visit endura-method.com, or otherwise interact with us (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Information you provide: your name, email address, password, and similar account details; communications you send us; and information you enter into the Service, such as workout activity, habit tracking, or progress notes.

Payment information: when you subscribe, your payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers; we receive limited details such as the last four digits and the transaction status.

Information collected automatically: device and usage information such as IP address, device type, app interactions, and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and similar technologies on the website and through Google Analytics in the app.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, and improve the Service; create and manage your account; process subscriptions and payments; respond to your requests; send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications; maintain security and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Health and Fitness Information
​Any fitness activity, habit, or progress information you enter is used to provide the Service to you. We do not sell this information. Endura is not a healthcare provider, and the Service is not a HIPAA-covered service.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, payment processing, analytics, and email), under contracts that limit their use of it; with authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information for money.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can access or update your account information in the app, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live (for example, California, Texas, and other states with privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a denial. To exercise these rights, contact team@endura-method.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and then retain or dispose of it as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
