You lead teams.

You make decisions that matter.

You hold a lot.

This retreat is an invitation to step out of the noise and into a few days of clarity, connection, and grounded leadership.

Not to fix anything.

Not to perform.

But to remember who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and

constant motion.

What this is

Why we're gathering

Women in leadership face:

  • Systemic pressures and unspoken expectations

  • Emotional labor that often goes unnamed

  • Conflicting messages about confidence, vulnerability, and authority

This retreat creates space to:

  • Explore those realities honestly

  • Build emotional awareness and regulation

  • Appreciate different leadership styles (including your own)

  • Strengthen confidence without abandoning authenticity
